Add 30% to your total to compensate for insertion losses.

5. Order appropriate step down transformers for each speaker from your list. Select the smallest transformer which will deliver the power you need.
6. Total all of the speaker power requirements. 8. Add in the amount of wattage you would like to reserve for future expansion of the system. Order a step up transformer and power amplifier with the required power.
