RCLL responds to Proscan or RCA amplifier (or receiver) codes. Note that when the unit is first powered up, you need to repeat the "volume up" command for 15-20 seconds before the volume starts to increase.

12 data bits
12 data bits inverted
1 end bit
 
56 khz carrier
 
Start bit is carrier on 4 msec then off 4 msec
"1" bit is carrier on .5 msec, then off 2 msec
"0" bit is carrier on .5 msec, then off 4 msec
end bit is carrier on for .5 msec, then off at least 8 msec until code is repeated
