We have determined that the Xantech*, Russound*, Jamo*, Sonance* and Buffalo* power supplies have inadequate voltage** to properly power our IR Receivers. This causes sporadic and unsatisfactory performance. We strongly suggest the use of Audioplex Technology's 12 vdc power supplies when using our IR Receivers.
